While there's many contrasty photos of insects and plants, this one in particular does the job well. The Focus on all the detail is kept consistent within a small area. Although, I do wish that the blurry background wouldn't take up as much space, since it blurs the focus of the subject somewhat.

The scene is very dynamic, the bee was captured, what it appears to be in the middle of taking off or landing. This re-establishes movement and a story behind the photo.

On top of this being an insect study, it has a little story of it's own
